From Buenos Aires to Milan

I shared both the story of MILOSSI and my personal path: moving from Buenos Aires to Milan to build a design-driven business in a highly competitive and constantly evolving industry.

Innovation beyond new ideas

We discussed innovation in business, which today is no longer just about “new ideas”, but about the ability to cut through constant noise, challenge familiar patterns, and propose sharper angles and more meaningful experiences.

A conversation that goes both ways

What struck me most was the level of the students: a diverse, international group, deeply aware of current dynamics. Many of their questions were not theoretical. They touched real tensions that I am still navigating myself within MILOSSI.

Time flew by, and I truly appreciated those who stayed afterwards to continue the discussion.

That, to me, is where the real value is: when conversation becomes a shared exploration rather than a one-way lecture.

Lucas Milossi

A big thank you to Alberto Campagnolo for the invitation, to POLIMI Graduate School of Management, and to all the students for their curiosity, energy and thoughtful exchange. I look forward to continuing these conversations.

See the development in practice.
