When you contact us
The project form asks for your name, email address and a short project description. We use the information you provide to assess and respond to your enquiry and, when relevant, take steps towards a requested engagement. For business representatives, we also rely on our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries. Providing the details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to respond.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential design files through the public form. We can agree an appropriate method for exchanging project material separately.
Website and communication providers
We use Netlify for website hosting and form handling, and Google Workspace for email. These providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. Website requests can include an IP address, browser details and request logs. Where processing involves international transfers, the applicable provider arrangements and safeguards must be considered.
The interface also loads browser libraries from unpkg.com and cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Those services receive the technical information needed to deliver their files.
Optional audience measurement
Google Analytics is not enabled in this website configuration. A local browser preference may be used to remember privacy choices if optional measurement is enabled later.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the request, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on the outcome and nature of the enquiry. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to exercise other applicable data-protection rights, including restriction, objection and portability where relevant. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante, or another competent supervisory authority.
