MILOSSI supports the development steps between an approved concept and a product ready for its next manufacturing decision. We connect design intent with technical information, physical samples and feedback from production partners.
Not every prototype answers the same question. An early model may help assess proportions or handling, while another sample may be needed to evaluate a material, finish or assembly detail. We help establish the purpose of each development step and what needs to be reviewed before moving forward.
Technical development translates a concept into information that can be discussed with a production partner. Depending on the object, this can involve 3D files, drawings, material definitions, construction details and review notes. Clear responsibilities and version control help keep those conversations tied to the approved direction.
A sample is a point for comparison, not simply a photograph of progress. We review it against the intended design and communicate changes that need attention. Manufacturing feedback can also identify where a construction or material decision should be reconsidered. The aim is to make those trade-offs explicit before the next approval.
We work with brands and manufacturing partners to connect the stages of development. Our role and the responsibilities of each supplier are set out in the project scope. Testing, regulatory assessment and production approvals should be defined for the specific product; design coordination is not a substitute for those checks.
